During the holidays It was my grandma’s birthday my uncle Buddy just came back from australia to come to the birthday. So buddy went off buying Takeaway, then my aunt left to the birthday. I and my mum and my two brothers went buying the candles.

When we were finish we went back home and waited for Buddy. Then he came we couldn’t fit so then we squeezed in everyone could fit so we left. My toes were getting red then we were in the motor way.

It took a while so I started playing on my net book. Then we were there I put my net book away in my bag, I saw buddy he told me to come get the take away. I took inside I saw my grandma I, she couldn’t talk but she can hear.

I said to her ‘are you al right’ she nod her head. I went in the sitting room and  waited for them to come with the cake. I smelt something It smelled like banana with chocolate icing, my uncle Buddy was carrying the cake I said ‘finally time to eat.

My mum was pushing my grandma on the wheel cheer. Everyone started singing happy birthday some nurse lady came out of no where  and started singing with us. Buddy said ‘come and join us.

Everyone started eating cake and take away. It was the best day.

Badminton

                        Badminton

On thursday class five were going to learn how to play badminton. Our couch name is Rob, he said ‘everyone get in to one line.’ Everyone got a racket, Rob gave us a badminton ball to.

Rob started teaching us how to hold a racket. We had to hold it see if we have a v and make sure you hit the ball soft. So everyone had a go a hitting It.

I started hitting the badminton ball It was so hard. I only got up to 7, Rob said ‘now we our going to hit the badminton ball with one side and another. I thought that was even worse, I had go Bang bang Bang I was still going until I whacked It hard.

It went high, then It down straight to my racket I was scared so I didn’t hit again. The ball was bouncing on the ground. Rob said ‘now find a partner’, my partner was Sonny, he served first we were just playing around then we started practising.

Rob said ‘who ever loses sit’s down I hit It then he hit It I tried to hit It but I couldn’t so I lose. Rob said ‘everyone have another go, It was my serve. I hit It then he hit It was going fast, the ball was coming to me. I hit It , It went out then Rob said ‘ok class 5 you can now put the ball away with the racket.

Everyone said ‘bye Rob then went back to class.

Fia Fia

Fia fia was coming I couldn't wait so we kept on practising. I was on hip hop, going to the street I saw some of my friends stayed with them waiting Ms Paget and Mrs King. They were our teachers.

My partner was Lukis, we were watching a boy named Neo because he was doing break dance. Neo liked that song he put cool moves into our dance. One more day then it’s fia fia everyone was trying their best.

Mostly everyone was sweating no one stopped there were even three minions they could do a silly dance they want to. One of them were shy. It was fia fia time everyone was waiting for this.

We were waiting for the kapa haka to finish and Bollywood. I liked the Kapa Haka because they did the pukana. Some other kids from Tamaki College were doing some kapa haka too.

Bollywood was almost finish once we heard the song play we got on the stage. I wasn't shy It was cool the minions were doing funny dance’s. We went hard FIA FIA was a celebration for us to show everyone what we can do.

Empathy

                                                             WHAT DOES EMPATHY MEAN?

HI I'm going to show you what does empathy mean. A week ago we were creating empathy poster. Ms Paget said to our class ‘everyone come and get your posters and create it with empathy pictures.

My poster show’s a girl saying ‘are you ok to another’.

Empathy is a kind way not bad way. Ms Paget want’s us to do this because when you show people empathy they will show you it any time.

E is for Emotion M is for Manners P is for Person A is for Achieve T is for two H is for Help Y is for Yes. If empathy was not made there would have been no understanding and share the feelings of another.

Can it be easy to do empathy? ‘yes everyone can do It, If you just show what empathy means’.
